What Are Those Soft Bumps on Your Neck?
A tiny, fleshy growth that seems to hang from a narrow stalk is often called a skin tag. These bumps feel soft to the touch and are usually the same color as your skin or slightly darker. They tend to show up in areas where skin folds or rubs against clothing, and the neck is one of the most common spots. You might also notice them under your arms, around your eyelids, beneath your breasts, or in the groin area.
