3: Yield the Right of Way
Safely and smoothly merge into the right-most lane, or pull over to the shoulder if it is safe and legal to do so. The goal is to create a clear, unobstructed path for the medical vehicle to navigate through traffic.
Step 4: Resume with a Smile
Once the vehicle has safely passed, check your mirrors again, signal, and merge back into the flow of traffic. Take a moment to feel good about yourself. You just helped ensure that someone got to their medical care
